Upload a form once -- a council daily-support record, a timesheet, anything with repeating questions -- and Claude reads it and drafts the fields for you to review. From then on, filling it out is just answering those fields on your phone, with the boring parts (today's date, the person's name) pre-filled automatically. Submit, and a clean PDF gets emailed straight to whoever needs it.
Why it exists
Some paperwork exists because it genuinely needs to -- a council requiring daily justification for ongoing care, for instance -- but that doesn't make retyping the same seven questions every day any less tedious. DocuScape keeps the substance of the document and removes the friction of the format.
How it works
1. Upload once
Hand it a Word doc or PDF of the actual form. It reads the document and drafts a field list -- you review and adjust before it goes live, so nothing gets sent to anyone until you're happy with it.
2. Fill it out
Every time it's due, open the template and answer the fields. Names, dates, and anything else that repeats gets pre-filled from your linked Chore Scape account where it applies.
Submitting a record renders a clean PDF and emails it to whoever's on the recipient list for that template -- the council, an employer, anyone.
